Who is responsible
EA Collective is the data controller for information you send through the Talent & Career forms. You can always contact us at kontakt@eacollective.dk.
What we collect
Job opportunities: company, contact person, business email and details of the role.
Talent profiles: name, email, title, experience, optional LinkedIn profile, work region, expertise, summary, career wishes and your visibility choices. We do not ask for sensitive information - please don't share it.
Why
Job opportunities: to review and possibly publish the role and contact you about it.
Talent profiles: to review your profile, display it publicly if you have consented, and to suggest relevant introductions that you approve each time.
Legal basis
Talent profiles are processed based on your consent (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)). Public display and LinkedIn sharing each require separate consent.
Job opportunities are processed based on our legitimate interest in sharing relevant roles with the community (Art. 6(1)(f)).
Who can see it
Only EA Collective's administrator can access submitted information, through a protected login. Data is stored with our hosting provider, which processes it on our behalf.
Confidential profiles and unapproved submissions are never shown publicly and are not indexed by search engines. We never share your profile with a company without your prior approval of who receives what.
How long we keep it
Talent profiles are deleted automatically 12 months after submission. You are welcome to submit a new profile.
Withdrawn profiles are deleted no later than 30 days after you withdraw consent.
Rejected submissions are deleted after 3 months.
Job opportunities are deleted 6 months after the application deadline, or after being archived.
Your rights
You can withdraw consent at any time and request access to, correction of or deletion of your information. Email kontakt@eacollective.dk - we reply within 30 days.
You can complain to the Danish Data Protection Agency (datatilsynet.dk).
