About EA Collective

A shared voice for the future of executive support.

EA Collective is an independent Danish professional movement. We bring professionals, leaders, experts and organisations together around one ambition: to strengthen the strategic contribution of those who work closest to leadership.

Purpose

Stronger leadership through stronger executive support.

Vision

To position strategic executive support as a recognised, valued and integrated part of modern leadership.

Mission

To connect, strengthen and elevate the people, capabilities and perspectives that make good leadership possible.

Philosophy

A Movement First.
A Platform Second.
An Organisation When Needed.

We are community-led, partner-driven and purpose-based. We do not seek to compete with existing professional associations, education providers or networks - we want to be the platform that connects them.

Origin

From a LinkedIn community to an independent platform.

EA Collective grew out of a professional community on LinkedIn. Today the movement is entering its next strategic chapter: an independent platform uniting people, knowledge, professional development and influence.

Long-term ambition

For strategic leadership support to become a natural part of the conversation about good leadership - in boardrooms, in HR strategies and in education. Not as an afterthought, but as a prerequisite.

BEHIND THE MOVEMENT

A Vision to Elevate an Entire Profession.

Founder & Strategic Lead | EA Collective

I founded EA Collective with a strong conviction that strategic executive support deserves a stronger voice, greater recognition and a more prominent place in the conversation about modern leadership.

Throughout my career, working closely with senior executive leadership, I have seen first-hand the significant contribution that strong executive support makes to organisational effectiveness, strategic execution and leadership excellence. I have also witnessed how the value of the profession extends far beyond traditional perceptions of the role.

For me, this is not about transforming Executive Assistants into something they are not. It is about recognising, amplifying and strengthening the value they already create every day.

With EA Collective, my ambition is to build more than a professional network. I want to create an independent and unifying platform that brings together people, capabilities and perspectives, challenges established perceptions and gives the profession a stronger voice in the broader leadership conversation.

I believe in collaboration over competition, knowledge-sharing over silos, and the power of bringing people together around a shared ambition to create meaningful change.

EA Collective is therefore not simply about empowering individual Executive Assistants. It is about elevating an entire profession and strengthening the recognition of its strategic contribution.

Because strong leadership is never created alone.

And together, we can shape the future of executive support.
